Overall, over the 20-year period, the area saw significant changes in the development of existing facilities. Additionally, the most striking feature is that a lake was created in the river.
There were several changes in the east of a town. The mountain and villages, which were in the north and south of the area, respectively, remained unchanged. The irrigated farmlands were flattened to make way for a hotel and three transmission towers. On the river, a lake and a hydroelectric power dam were constructed.
The removal and modernization of some facilities were also witnessed in the west of a town. The forest and ancient structures which were in the north and middle sides were demolished to accommodate a lake. The rare plants and animals area was turned into four transmission towers.
