In 2010, it can be seen that the customers could only access with an outmoded infrastructure, such as the 200-seat theatre and a small cinema in the middle of the map. Moreover, it is apparent that the outdoor parking spot occupied the top of the map, whereas the opposite spot was dedicated to a coffee shop and an art gallery.
After redevelopment , the site of the art center has been significantly innovated. Now, the visitors can use numerous modern facilities such as a new multipurpose car park and 3-screen cinema. Moreover, the art exhibition has been relocated to the middle of the map, and its area also has been substantially extended. Concerning the theatre and a coffee shop, while the former can now cater more customers, with 300 seats, the latter has reshaped from the short rectangular into the long one.
