In 1980, a river flowed in a single direaction diving the area into two riverbanks located on the Eastern sides of the river was a small village accompained by large stretches of farmland used for cultivation.On the opposites bank of the river,there were prominent ancient structure like a castel and rare species of animal and plants.Especially,both riverbanks were covered with hills and forests.
After the dam was built in 2000, the river transformed into a large lake with fish and even boats could be seen on it. This changed caused the orginal area to lose its natural beauty,including the forest and hills. The ancient structure was dismatntled , and hotel,electricity were constructed.However,this also opened up job opportunities for villagers.
