This map shows the transformation of a community center in the last 10 years.
Overall, the centre has become more visitor-friendly with the introduction of indoor sports and a wide café area. The centre has seen the relocation of most of its older facilities.
Ten years ago, the entrance was situated to the south. There was also a reception area adjacent to the cloakroom. The coffee bar was located on the other side of the corridor, with toilets to the south. There was a hall with 100 seats, with storage to the north and a car park located to the left. While office rooms were in the north-east corner, the garden was situated on the other side of the building. The kitchen was in the south-east corner near the storage.
Since then, the community centre has experienced many alterations. The entrance is in the same place as 10 years ago. While the reception and cloakroom have remained intact, an office room has replaced the coffee bar and toilets. The number of office rooms has decreased from four to one. A new café has been situated on the north side of the kitchen, which has resulted in the disappearance of office rooms and storage. Another storage area has been reduced in size, and half of its previous area has made way for toilets, which previously occupied a small space at the bottom of the map. There is now an indoor sports complex where the garden stood 10 years ago. Other parts such as the hall, car park, and kitchen have maintained their original location.
