This map illustrates a comparison of changes that have been made in Liverton town between 1980 and now.
Overall map, has changed alot since 1980 as seen some building are replaced and some are newly built. There is also a system to avoid flooding and a museum is river. A path for river walk has also been made.
As seen in map, the warehouse on north western side in 1980s has been replaced with a educational center now.Right besides the north western warehouse there was a construction crane but now a new sailing club has been built. North eastern warehouse has been replace with kid’s playground.
On south bank of river, there was a crane on south western side , which has been removed and Hotel has been built in place of it. While new apartment building has been constructed now where there was a warehouse on southern bank of river. Along with apartment building there is also a parking area.
Along with Both banks of river, river itself has been developed alot. River was open to ships transport in past but now there is a barrier in stop to flooding situation. A Ship museum has been constructed.
