The image displays two maps of Liverton, from 1980 and Now, with a key noting changes (1=replace, 2=newly built). In 1980, a river containing 5 ships flowed towards the coast, with 2 warehouses and 2 cranes on the north bank, and 1 warehouse and 1 crane on the south bank. By 'Now', the river contains 1 Ship Museum and is crossed by a Bridge. On the north bank, 1 warehouse was replaced by an education centre (1), while the other warehouse and 2 cranes were replaced by a newly built sailing club (2), a kid's playground, and a Flood Barrier. On the south bank, the warehouse was replaced by a hotel (1), and the crane was replaced by a River walk, newly built apartments (2), and a parking area.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

As we can see on the maps above, some changes have taken place in the town of Liverton between 1980 and today. To begin with, a brand new bridge has been constructed on the right upper side of the river. It creates a link between the two sides of the town, before separated by water. It’s a great advantage for the pedestrians and conductors who can now cross the river easily. The warehouses of the above side of the river have been replaced by an education center (at the left side) and a kid’s playground (at the right one). The two cranes gave their place to respectively a sailing club and a flood barrier.
Then, we guess that the river is kinda close because many ships have been replaced by a ship museum in the middle of the water.
Finally, the under side of the river has also been transformed between 1980 and now. An hotel has been newly built as well as apartments and a parking. A sidewalk has also seen the light of the day allowing pedestrians to enjoy the river better.
