Overall, The park stracture and vegetation mostly kept same over these past years. There are some development through the park of new buildings and river bank.

In 2010, The park had more path available for walk and less bildings in compare to present, There were three parkings spots and three toilets which are still present, The river in the north which gave the name of park. In the west there is Heritage Railway track and, In south west is the vegetation of the park.

The current Riverside Park has some major developments such as new buildings consist of a Hotel and a new parking around oval path of the park and some swings also installed for children and there is new cafe just ahead of the new parking and the last development is the track for cycles beside the river. No trees were cut for the contruction of new buildings.
