The provided maps compare the seaside town of Seabridge in 1990 and today.

Overall, there are several main changes that happened in Seabridge, including the expansion of Fishing Port area. The house area was only placed in the opposite side of Farmland, but it has spreaded into the Farmland side now. Nowadays, there is an exclusive area for different buildings like hotel and golf court. Other than that, the road on the side has changed into highway.

The Fishing Port area has changed its name into Marina and has done some expansion to cover bigger area for it. There were two main areas that divided by main road in 1990, in which house area was only placed in the north side; however, house area has expanded into the south side as well. The north side used to filled with houses only, but there is an addition exclusive area now. This exclusive area is filled with some buildings such as hotel and golf course place. Farmland used to cover all of the south side, but it has changed into Residental Area that filled with houses. There was a road on the east side, but now it transformed into highway.
