The maps give information about the changes in the sports section of the university in 1990. Overall, the sports section used to be more suitable for outdoor activities. However, it has become more recreational and has enlarged sports facilities.
In 1990, the site mainly consisted of a park, a car park, and a few sports facilities. The reception is located in the center of the map, between the cafe and the changing room. The outdoor pool is located on the northern side of the map opposite the tennis court, which is situated opposite the side of it. The car park was in the southwest corner of the center, with the park on the northwest side of the map.
By contrast, the leisure center has been transformed with several new facilities added to the area. The park turned into a basketball court. The tennis court has been enlarged and moved to the southwest side of the map which resulted in the disappearance of the car park. Where the court stood, there is a fitness center now. The changing room is brought closer to the tennis court. While the cafe and reception remained in their place, the outdoor pool turned into an indoor pool.
