Overall, it can be seen that there are a lot of changes. The most noticeable changes are the path of the road and footpath, the number of trees, and some buildings have been completely changed or replaced on the university campus.
More specifically, the university now has more trees than in the proposed version of the map for the future. There are trees planted in two rows in the former, which are going to be cut down, leaving only a few of them in the latter. The footpath in the middle of the map is set to become longer due to the transformation of the road. Moreover, instead of a single parking lot, there will be two different constructions, such as student and staff parking, one in the top-right corner and the second in the bottom-left corner in the coming years.
Looking at the details, the biochemistry buildings are not planned to change but will just become bigger, while there is going to be a completely new building named “Bio-imaging” at the top of the map.Furthermore, the genetics buildings and labs have a few updates compared to others.
