The maps illustrate the current layout of an office building and a proposed design for its redevelopment.
Overall, the future office building will undergo significant modifications, with an emphasis on creating collaborative spaces and adding more modern facilities. Notable changes include the removal of grassy areas and the introduction of a meeting area and outdoor seating.
In the present layout, the office has two grassy areas on either side of the building. These will be replaced by functional spaces in the redevelopment plan, with one side becoming an outdoor seating area and the other being replaced by a meeting area equipped with chairs, in contrast to a coffee machine and WCs which are to the northeast of the corner. The two offices that are to the North of the building will be built in the places of the kitchen and canteen respectively, while the two office rooms opposite the kitchen will be connected to form the larger one.
Moving East, the main entrance will be replaced to the center South of the building. Additionally, the number of entrances will be reduced from three to two, with the central entrance serving as the main point of access. These changes reflect a shift toward prioritizing practical and collaborative areas over unused spaces.
