Overall, the layout of the building is projected to undergo substantial transformation, with introduction of new rooms and removal of dining areas.
Regarding the current look of an office building, green spaces occupy both right and left side of the building. On the top part are located kitchen and canteen areas, next to which is a stock room, and opposite to the stock room are WCs. There are four neighboring office areas occupying the space at the bottom, and next to them is a receptionist, which is accessed through an entrance.
Future projections include a conversion of grass area on the right into a wide meeting area, with a coffee machine and WCs occupying the top part. Current grass area on the left is also predicted to be converted into outdoor seating. Present kitchen and canteen will be removed to accomodate two office areas; however, the stock room is set to remain in its original location and shrink in size . The bottom side of the building will include a receptionist area right after the entrance flanked by two office buildings.
