Focusing on how the office building looks now first, the entrance to the building is from the south, with four consecutive office rooms to the left. Further along the reception, there are WCs, above which is a stock room; it is neighboring to canteen and kitchen to the left. The left and right flanks of the building are occupied by grass areas, hinting at the balance between the leafy environment and modern facilities for the workforce; the one occupying the right side is relatively wider, though.
As for projected changes made to the layout of the building, the entrance will be moved towards the left side, with office rooms to both left and right. The stock room will remain intact, while the pre-existing canteen and kitchen will be converted into office rooms, albeit in a smaller size. The previous grass area on the right will be widened and turned into a meeting area above, which are WCs and coffee machines. Regarding the left side, the outdoor seating area is planned to be established at the cost of the grass; this will be comparatively wider in size.
