Overall, this ground floor will be modernized in the future plan, with some new sections added and the relocations of some existing area.
Looking at the building now in more detail, the entrance lies on the southeast of this place. From this, a range of offices can be noticed on the west, as well as a grass section on the opposite side. Beside, another grass is also observed on the west of this building. Furthermore, a kitchen is located nearby this grass, on the north of the building, followed by canteen and storeroom eastwards. WCs are situated near the storeroom, where lead to the entrance.
In the future, some significant rearrangements will occur. First of all, the entrance will be removed right onto the south of this ground floor, which is surrounded by two offices in both sides. Moreover, all the grass areas will be removed and turned into new sections. While there will be an outdoor seating area on the west of this building, which contains chairs, on the east side a new meeting area will be added, as well as a coffee machine. The WCs will also be moved to the northeast corner. Finally, on the north of this building, there will be no relocation happening in the storeroom, but two offices will be transfered there, on the west of this storeroom.
