The maps illustrate a university library in 2005 and today. Overall, several notable changes were made in the university library over time, such as the inclusion of an automatic book borrowing system and other facilities.

In 2005, there were three student tables located in the middle of the map. On the right side of the student tables, there was a book borrowing and returns room. There were bookshelves, which were situated on the northern and western sides of the map. Desks with computers were located on the northeast side of the map. On the bottom right side, there was a library office which was connected to bookshelves and desks with computers. Next to the library office, there were bookshelves.

Where study tables and the book borrowing and returns room stood, there are now private study desks. Desks for student laptops replaced the bookshelves, library office, and desks with computers. Bookshelves made way for automatic book borrowing machines with a border in the middle.
