The given map illustrates how the Pacific Railway Station has changed from 1988 to now. Overall, all the main facilities observed an expansion in that area and some places have been replaced to another position.
In 1988, there was just a single platform for train parking and repairing, and a toilet area was next to that rails on the left. After around 35 years later, this station has an extension in train platforms, which is nearly double the size of the platforms than it was in the past. In addition, the toilets have now disappeared and replaced with a range of service places, containing 2 shops and a restaurant.
At the bottom of the station, there used to be a coffee shop, a shop and also, a ticket office, which provided services for customers when they waited for the train. Currently, there is an establishment, which replaces a shop with a supermarket at the left corner. Additionally, the ticket office is now twice as large as it was in 1988 so as to serve more travelers and allow them enjoy the journey comfortably.
