Lastly, the department store will also undergo at expansion at the expense of the cinemas that will be removed plus it will have its own new entrance.
What Southside features at this time is green areas to the east of the property. Also Not only the car park is allocated at the south pole but also, with it the fitness Centre. Speaking of the Main hallmark the shopping mall is situated at the center of the property extending to west area. It holds within it A variety of entertainment facilities which are coffee shop, play zone, ramen shop, groceries store , cinemas and a facility mall ranked from the smallest to the largest by area.
In the near future, the parking lot will be increase significantly in size to be almost double its original size at the expense of the fitness centre. Moreover, the green areas will removed totally in order to allow for the expansion of the Shopping mall covering the whole span from the west to the east borders. Significant changes will occur within the main shopping building. First of all, Department area will not only be awarded by a specific entrance to its own area but also, a massive size-up in area by demolishing the cinemas in return. Moreover, brand new clothing outlets will be just fitted in between the department area and the restrooms while, the grocery store will stay the same. Furthermore, addition to a diverse number of facilities and shops will be allocated at the north side of the building in replace of the Playground and the ramen shop. Finally, one last minute change is the transformation of the café into a help desk.
