A map for development of Southside Shopping Center is provided with clear building plans for expansion and removal of different buildings. Golf course is uprooted entirely, and an expanded shopping center takes its place. Car parking is also expanded to accommodate the influx of customers.
Currently, about a third of the lot is covered with green spaces including, a vast golf course and a calm park. We have a car park facing the entrance on south side of the lot. The shopping center houses opportunities for buying daily groceries from supermarket, to eat at noodle shop and for caffeine cravings a small cafe on the westside is also provided. For entertainment purposes, visitors can enjoy their evening watching thrilling shows in the cinema of northside of the shopping center.
In future, the shopping center will become a complete shopping hub catering to all kinds of customers with different interests. For fashion lovers and ladies, three fashion stores are provided. For someone looking to have their hair or nails done, a new beauty salon is planned to replace children’s play area. For easier access to a newer and larger department store, a new entrance is placed which leads people from car park directly to department store.
