Islip is a small town ready for development. In the picture, you can see two maps: the first map shows the current town, and the second map displays the planned developments.
Currently, the town has only two shops, one park, one school, and two housing areas. The town feels quite empty and lacks entertainment options. To create a more enjoyable environment for residents, plans have been made for a new town layout.
The plan aims to give the town a vibrant atmosphere compared to what we have now. New roads, housing, shopping centers, parks, and a school are all part of the proposal. Let me explain how this will unfold. Right now, we only have a single-carriageway road, which makes it difficult for vehicles to move to different places. The new plan includes double/dual carriageways to facilitate transportation.
Additionally, in the north, there will be a new housing area called Pedestrians, featuring a variety of amenities such as a bus station, shopping center, and parking facilities. This area will have its own unique atmosphere, while regular housing will host standard shops. Adjacent to the pedestrian area, there will be new housing and a park, along with a school and additional housing along the main road.
We hope that this new development for Islip town will greatly enhance the community and lead to a bright future.
