The maps demonstrate the alteration to a developing region in a 19-year period, spanning from 1995 to 2024. There were some significant changes in road layout, recreational and commercial facilities.
From the first map, we can see that there were 12 houses alongside the main road running from north to south. In the northeastern corner was a farmland, while a forest park is built next to it. Another main road running from west to east was accompanied by a small number of shops on one side and a fish market on the other side. A fishing port, which is sited to the south of the fish market, is situated on the sea.
In 2024, as the second map shows, the area for residential use is enlarged with more construction of houses. The farmland is replaced by a golf course while two tennis courts are in the south of the golf course. A new car park, is erected next to the hotel for customers to use. Shops and fish markets are converted into restaurant and apartments respectively, while the fishing port has been removed.
Overall, the area witnessed a considerable transformation over the past 19 years. The village is now able to accommodate an increasing population after some significant renovations.
