On the west side of the building, the grass will be removed to make way for a new outdoor seating area in the north with many southern rows of seats. While two northern offices will replace the current position of the kitchen and canteen, the offices in the south will be connected into a larger one office.
According to the future building plans, the main entrance on the east side will be relocated to the central part of the southern side. The office left of the main entrance will also be transformed into a large room. While a storeroom will be situated in the north, a restroom will be built in the corner of the north. After being knocked down, the grass will be replaced by an open space, including a coffee machine and a meeting area with some chairs.
