The two maps demonstrate the state of Stokeford town in 1930 and 2010.

Overall, the area underwent significant reconstructions and modernization, with new facilities, housing and pathways built and existing areas enlarged.

In 1930, the town of Stokeford had a road and a river stoke running to the north. There were numbers of facilities on either side of the road, including residential houses, post office, shop, and primary school. The large mansion stood at the center of the town, with an extensive garden surrounding it. Moreover, the vast majority of the area used to be a farmland, reflecting the predominance of diary production industry in Stokeford.

However, by 2010, the most of the farmland was replaced by residential housing, now occupying the substantial chunk of the site. The numerous houses were built on both sides of the road, that has been branch to the east and west, creating streets for the townpeople. The former large house has now been reconstructed into a big retirement home. Lastly, the primary school experienced an expansion, with the two of new building attached to it.
