In 1986, the town used to have remarkable area of farmland, but now housing was built instead of farmland next to the river, while the one in the east totally disappeared. As well as, extra road system was constructed all over the town, however, the bridge remained unchanged.
Additionally, a primary school was enlarged now compared to 1986. In present day, extra road with houses has been constructed in place of gardens in the center of the town. The large house in the garden was replaced with retirement home.
