The picture illustrates the changes between the blueprint of a conference center in 2010 and its future refurbishment plan in 2025.
Overall, while the northwest region of the layout is predicted to stay unchanged, it is expected to have several developments in the remaining area, the most important of which is the addition of several functional rooms.
Regarding the initial layout, the construction was simple: most of the area was occupied by the garden with the car park stretching through. The conference center only had a small reception in the northwest zone, which is surrounded by another two rooms and a hall next to the car park.
In the future plan, the center is predicted to thoroughly improve with more functional spaces. The garden is hoped to be smaller, making room for recreational places (game room, music room), meeting room, canteen and kitchen and IT center at the bottom of the layout. The car park will also be moved aside to the east. Interestingly, the northeast area is forecasted to be used for the resident hall, which consists of 20 rooms.
