The given maps illustrate the changes that occured in the layout of the museum’s plan in 1998 and the same plan in 2008.

Overall, during the given period museum had witnessed significant changes including the addition of new facilities and replacement of some buildings.

In detail, the shop, bags and coats sections located in the south of museum plan had given their place to permanent exhibition rooms and changed their location to west southern of museum plan. Consequently, permanent exhibition rooms had been substituted with temporary exhibition room and restaurant. There had been no changes in the location of tickets entrance/exit.

Coming to the rest of the changes, the cafe located in the north of garden had been diminished in size and the WC had been relocated to the west side of the cafe. Additionally, fountains and cafe sitting area had been included to the garden located in the middle of the museum plan.
