The given diagram pictorially delineates the process of manufacturing wool. Overall, we can easily see that there are a number of steps in the production of wool, which begins with shearing sheep’s feathers and terminates with creating products from wool.
The process starts with the rearing of the sheep, and then in the wool shearing stage, the farmers remove the wool from the sheep. The raw wool then is cleaned up to demolish dirt and impurities. In the next step, the wool is dried by specialised equipment, preparing for the following process. After dehydration, the wool undergoes a carding process in which it is combed and aligned over and over again, creating tufts of wool and strings.
Additionally, the wool strings can be recycled and placed in the storeroom. After that, it is loaded into yarn spinning to erect the balls of yarn. Finally, the yarn will be used either for knitting or for establishing woollen products.
