The pie charts illustrate the main environmental problems that concern people in three countries: Zambia, Singapore, and Cameroon.
Overall, it is clear that overpopulation was the biggest environmental issue in all three nations, while pollution was the least concerning problem. However, the level of concern for each category varied significantly between the countries.
In Zambia, overpopulation was reported as the major issue, accounting for 43%, followed by global warming at 29%. Pollution and waste disposal were both much less significant, representing 14% each. Similarly, in Singapore, the largest proportion of people, 37%, were worried about overpopulation, while 26% were concerned about global warming. Waste disposal and pollution were cited by 21% and 16%, respectively.
In Cameroon, the pattern was slightly different. Overpopulation remained a major concern at 42%, but waste disposal came next at 23%, while 19% of respondents mentioned global warming. Pollution was again the least important issue, at 16%.
