Overall, it can be seen that the citizen of UK spend most of thier time for other stuff such as working, studying and socialising. Working out has the least percentage. While teenage men consume more time for health and fitness regime. In contrast, adult women more likely loves to stay fit than men.
The pie chart shows that most of the British allocate thier tihme each week for others (working, studying and socialising) with 61% respectively. While, sleeping become the second with approximately 32%, fitness and health has 4%. Lastly, the people of UK spend less time for working out with only 3%.
In terms of fitness regime, both teen men and adult women spent most of thier time approximately 13 hours in preparing healthy meals, and exercises. However, as old people becomes weaker they only allocate about 9 hours for fitness activities.
