Overall, people spend most time for other while the minority of time is working out. Meanwhile, in the bar graph, almost people in all age groups spend more than 8 hours for health and fitness regime, especially people in 18-39 year old group

Depicted in the bar graph, regarding men, men who are 18-24 years old spend 13 hours in a week-the highest figure . Following this, 25-39 and under 18 – year- olds stand at the second and third position, at 11 hours and 10 hours, respectively. In contrast, the 40- over 55 year old group shows just 8-9 hours per week. A similar trend is seen in women with people in the 25-39 year old range equal to those in men from 18-24. 12 hours spent on this activity by women in 18-24 year old group while those under 18 spend just only 8 hours per week. Older people spend 9-10 hours a week.
