Overall, it is evident that more than half of the budget was allocated for three developments, while the other part of budget was planned to use for four discretionaries.
To commence with, in 2019, a significant proportion of budget was planned for health care and health research, around 22%, followed by 19% of funds allocation for transportation and economic development. Meanwhile, education and training was provided by 15 percent of funding, making it third biggest funded category.
In contrast, other four categories were allocated with 45% of total funding. In detail, economic security had 13% of the total funds. Notably, the equal precentage of budget was booked for law enforcement and governance and science environment, and energy which was 12 percent for each component. However, the least funds were given for diplomacy and international affairs, at less than 10%.
