The given pie charts illustrate the data on six major activities done by children .which are categorized based on their gender.
In General, Computer games occupies a major share in sports which are done by the boys at their leisure time .whereas, the reading hold the least share in the activities which are done by boys. On the other hand, For girls, Dancing holds the major share of the activities which are done at their leisure time. however, Listening to music holds the least amount of share in the girls activities.
In regards of boys, categorically, Computer games holds the dominating position compared to others with a share of 34% in overall activities. whereas, the basketball remains in the second position by 26% of the share in total . and, soccer and skateboarding stand at third and fourth position with 17% and 11% respectively in the activities done by boys in their cultural and leisure times. Listening to music stays at fifth position in the chart with 10% which was 1% lower than the activity called skateboarding. Reading adds at the bottom of the list with 2% of boys who were doing it during their leisure and cultural periods.
Coming to the activity engagement in girls, Dancing holds the major share with 27% of girls opting it in their leisure time, which makes it to add at top of the list. where, the reading holds the second major share with 21% of girls choosing it for their preference in their leisure time. whereas, the computer games and Netball remain at third and fourth position with the difference of 1% of girls choosing the computer games as their priority with 16% of total. the next major share holds by the gymnastics with 11% of girls choosing to do this in their leisure time or during the cultural activities. finally, listening to music remain at the end of the chart with 10% of girls choosing to do in their leisure time. we can also that the percentage of boys and girls who where opting for the listening to music are same which resembles the similarity of genders in this activity.
