The pie chart depicts the information by portraying the actual causes, why production in agricultural field has become lesser. Additionally, the table illustrates the facts, how three different regions of the world, namely-North America, Europe, and Oceania, has been affected by these factors in the last decade of 20th century.
It is evident by the chart, over-grazing has damaged the land by almost one-third of the overall factors; on the other hand, deforestation has harmed the land by 0.3 of the total. Moreover, over-cultivation has degraded it by almsot 28%, which is 4 times of total, it has been damaged by other causes.
In 1990s, the land was degradred by total of 0.05 in North America, due to influence of deforestation, over-cutivation, and over-grazing, by 0.2%, 3.3%, and 1.5%. A huge upsurge was seen in the field damaged in Europe, by almost 5 times of the total land of North America, 9.8% by the first issue, 7.7% by the next, and 5.5% by the last. Furthermore, in Ocaenia, almost similar to an average of the overall land affected of above mentioned regions was observed, 1.7% by the first, 0% from the second, and 11.3% by the last.
Overall, over-grazing caused the most effect in the mentioned regions, as well as worldwide; whereas, deforestation and over-cultivation varies in both the cases.
