Elections typically have a significant impact on the economy. However, the Congressional parties have even larger effects, as the chart clearly illustrates the percentage outcomes for each party per new presidential candidate.
Prosperity parties have made the most substantial impact in Congress, claiming the largest share of 36%. Progressive parties follow closely behind with 24%, holding the second largest influence. Unity and Liberty parties have similar percentages below 20%, with Unity parties at 19% and Liberty parties at 14%.
While there were notable outcomes for the majority of the parties, a surprising 7% remains unaccounted for.
