The circle charts represent changes in number of people in the world by regions from 1900 to 2000.
Overall, at the beginning of the period the largest portion of people lived in regions Asia, Europe and Africa. However, by 2000, there were some changes in spending patterns. There are three of the most populated regions Asia, Europe and North America.
At the beginning of period Asia was the most populated and counted more than one half of the people in the world, more accurately 60 per cent. At the second place represented the regions Europe including Russia with one quarter of the people of the whole world. Some of the less populated territories in the world as Africa, North America, Latin America and others occupied by 15 per cent of the people.
There is the similar picture at the end of the period. Asia Pacific region including former Soviet Asia was the most populated and counted around 54 per cent of the people. The second and third giant populations placed in the region Europe including Russia and Africa with 14 and 10 per cent of the people respectively. There were some of the less populated territories in the world as Latin America and Caribbean, North America, Middle East, North Africa and others with 22 per cent of the people in common at the end of the period.
