The pie charts below show the trends of enrollment in different areas of study at Clydesdale University on the basis of gender’s preference. It illustrates that men and women have different fields of interest. On the one hand, men are mostly interested in engineering, while on the other hand, women are mostly prefer education.
In the first case, engineering is the most popular field in Clydesdale University , with 45% male enrolled in this field. Secondly, the most popular field is social sciences, with 25% enrollments. Moreover, the trends showed that the least popular field is humanities, was chosen by 10% males only. In addition to these subjects, education is also favourite field, with 20% admissions.
In contrast to the males, the females have different priorities in educational fields. The most popular field in women is education, with 35% enrolments. Second famous area of study for females is humanities with 30% admissions, which 20% more than the males. Furthermore, engineering was chosen by 20% females and social sciences enrolled 15%.
Thus, males and females have different fields of interest in educational areas. Engineering is the favourite subject of males and education and humanities is the most preferred subject of females. In addition, education and engineering showed same number of enrollments.
