Overall, both pie charts are divided into six categories, namely, car, carpool, bus, walking, cycling and work at home. Additionally, while some shares remained the same, some of those exihibited noticeable fluctuations.

First and foremost, figures for people who traveled to work by car in 2005 were 50 percent, whereas this proportion decreased significantly to 35 percent over the ten-year period.

Looking at the details, the number of people who preferred walking or utilizing bus remained unchanged between 2005 and 2015, showing no major shift commuter preferences; however, the proportion of those working from home and cycling rose by 5 percentage points, reaching 15% for working from home and 10% for cycling, which indicates a growing trend in alternative commuting methods.
