The given pie charts demostrates the sale of different types of books from the year 1972 till 2012. The sales data is seperated into 3 charts representing three years.

overall we can observer that there were many changes in sales of different types of books. There are four types of books mentioned and the rest are catogerized into a one group named as others.

The orange colour is representing adult fiction skin is representing childern’s fiction while the yellow represents biograpgy and travel books are represented by blue colour and rest are standing in others. We can observe the remarkable change in adult fiction books from 1972 to 2012 which has increased its sales from 20 percent to 45 percent and there was also a boost in sales of children’ fiction which was 20 percent in 1972 and ended at 25 percent in 2012.

The type of books which were decresing its sales were biography books whos sales went from 20 percent to just 8 percent over the time. The case of travel related books was different from other the sale for these books increased from 1972 to 1992 from 15 percent to 18 percent but it lasted for few years only and then in 2012 the sales dropped to 10 percent. The sales of others dropped from 25 percent to 12 percent over the years.
