In contrast, the least percentage of individuals lived in a social house in both the years, which were 6% and 2%, respectively.
Furthermore, 23% of the people lived in their houses as social renter in the UK in 1991, but in the next 16 years, that ratio gradually decreased by 6%. By contrast, the same percentage of individuals had houses as private renter which was 11% in both the years 1991 and 2007.
