The line graph gives information about the figures for inquires received by the Tourist Information Office in a city including (in- person, by letter/e-mail, by telephone) over a six-month period in 2011.
It can be seen that the number of in-person inquires was the highest while by letter/e-mail was the lowest . In addition, there was an increase in both in-in person and by telephone inquiries, with a reduction in inquiries by letter/email.
With regards to the number of in- person inquiries it started at 410, after which it experienced dramatic growth before reaching a peak of 1900 five months later . However, the number of by telephone began at 900 and then fluctuated around 1000 during the next 3 months. 1000 inquiries were received in April, with a subsequent rise to 1600 two months later.
On the other hand, the figure for letter/e-mail was approximately 790 in January and then it witnessed a significant fall to approximately 390 during the next 4 months. Furthermore, the number of letter/e-mail inquiries remained unchanged in both May and June.
