As we can see there is a pie chart that defines the food oil used for cooking in US of 2005 and 2020 years. First of all, I am going to report the progress of changing through this years.

First of all, Most of usage goes to Olive Oil which reported as 35 in 2005 and decreases in 2020 as 30. Second of all, Canola Oil breathes in the back of Olive Oil. It takes the big part of usage too. In 2005 it was 25 and increases for 30 in 2020. Sunflower Oil stays the same for this 15 years as 15. Coconut Oil decreases from 5 to 15. On ther hand, Soybean Oil and Peanut Oil have the same dynamic and decreases from 10 to 5.

To summarise, we see not big changes for 15 years. Im 2005 most of usage goes to Olive Oil and Canola Oil on second place, but 2020 its the same 30 for both of them. Sunflower Oil stays all the same, but Coconut Oil increases a lot. Soybean Oil and Peanut Oil in identity dynamic go down together in usage.
