Overall, it is clear that the percentage of forest in Africa, North America and Asia is the highest, whereas the value of timber in in Africa it is lowest, albeit North America and Europe also on the peak. The smallest proportion located in Asia and South America, but timber in South America almost on the top of ratings
The biggest forest area in the world is located in Africa with 27% respectively, however the percentage of timber in this exact region almost three times smaller than value of forest (9%). The amount of forest and timber in North America almost the same but have minimum differences, however the proportion in North America is the highest, with 25% in world forest rating and 30% in timber rating correspondingly.
Europe have only 18% of world forest and 20% of timber occupying the third place in both ratings. Asia contains 14% green area, that is the smallest in the world, but not in the proportion of timber, with 18%. Last but not least is the percentage of forest in South America, that hold 15%, while the number of timber almost the highest in total percentage with 23%.
