The year 2003 witnessed a significantly decreased from 50% to 35% in the quantity of UK visitors aged 35-54 travelling to Spain, while, a dramatically growth of 10% was seen in the percentage of tourists from England aged 55+ in this period. Similarly, there was a slightly rise of 2% in the quantity of UK visitors aged 0-15 over the 20-year period.
Moreover, the percentage of tourists from England aged 16-24 saw a marginally growth of 11% in 2003. In addition, a slightly decrease from 20% to 12% was seen in the quantity of UK visitors aged 25-34 over the 20-year period.
