The two pie charts illustrate the distributions age group of tourist from the UK to Spain in the years 1983 and 2003. Overall, it is obvious that there a significant variations among age groups. The age group from 34-54y contribute the highest percentage in the graphs.
In 1983, the largest proportion for the age of guest from 34-54y, it account for a half of the pie chart. Equally, the age of visitors from 25-34y followed relatively closely at one-fifth. Additionally, the figure of 10-16y and 55+y were respectively a minority number at 10% and 16%. Clearly, the smallest fraction for the period of tourist from 16-24y was merely 4%, which was a very small number.
In 2003, the age group of guest from 34-54y was still the highest in the chart but it was declined significantly at 35%. Similarly, the figure of 25-34y followed the same pattern and have a minor drop by 8%. Conversely, the figure of 0-15y and 55+y both were increased considerably at 12% and 26%. Likewise, the figure of 16-24y was experienced a notable change, it was tripled it presentation, reaching 15%.P
