Overall,the proportions of nuclear power anh natural gas witnessed upward trend whereas the figures for oil anh coal decreased signficantly. Moreover,the percentage of hydropower production remained stable over the given time.

In 1983, oil accounted for 42% which was highest proportion.This is follwed by coal and nuclear power 23%,20% respectively.Next is natural gas accounted for 11%.Ranked last is hydropower accounted 4%.

In 2003, oil comprised 38% and was also the prevalent power. This follwed by nuclear power with 24% increase 4%.Next are natural gas and coal 21%,13% respectively.The most uncommon energy is still hydropower.
