In terms of carbohydrates, they make up 60% of the healthy diet for sport. Carbohydrates are 10 percent lower in the health diet and 20 percent is lower than healthy diet for sport. The second component is protein, the average diet has the greatest proportion of protein, at 40%, while the other diets have the lowest proportions of 30% and 25%, respectively.
The third comparison in the pie charts is fat. The average diet and healthy diet have the same amount of fat, just about 20%, but the healthy diet for sport has 5 percent less, approximately 15%.
