The graph illustrates the percentage breakdown of the reasons for Australian emigrants and immigrants in 2010. Looking from a general perspective, it is apparent that the rate of visitors and refugees who left is similar in terms of permanent careers and as an accompaniment. However, more visitors entered the country for further studies compared to the refugees leaving because a greater proportion of them migrated for job opportunities and others.
The large majority of both pie charts is contributed by the steady jobs, where it is the intention for 38% of immigrants, and one fewer for its counterpart. Similarly, for escorting purposes, the numbers also stood at the same level of 17% and 16%, respectively.
When it comes to academic studies, the foreigners’ percentage stood at three times that of the settlers at roughly one-fifth of the pie chart. In contrast, the percentage of emigrants finding an occupation is precisely twice that of the immigrants. Moreover, the remaining reasons stood higher for the refugees at 21%, higher by 3%.
