Overall, the total sale of three kinds of cars increased significantly among three years. The sales of Sedans always took a leading position although it witnessed a decline in three years. In contrast, that figure for SUVs always accounted for the smallest share among three categories.
Sedan was the most prevalence choice in Australia in three years despite the sales for this decreased slighly during three years. The initial percenatge was 74% and then dropped by 12% in 2004. This trend continued to fell in April 2013, from 62% (2004) to 51% (in 2013)
Although the sales of SUVs and others increased overtime; the total of sales when these kinds of cars combined, it still lower than figure for sedans. Meanwhile, SUVs strarted at 7% in 1994 then it increased and remained at 17% from 2004 until to 2013. The sales percentage of other car experienced a considerable growth. This figure began with 19% in 1994 and gradually increased to 32% in 2013.
