There is a significant difference of the priorites of spending from food that was in top in 1979 and in 2001 declines to the second eclipsing the cars
In 1979, Food seemed to be the most spending habit with 44% which follows the cars of 22%.Petrol emerged as less spending stuff with just 10% usage.Furniture and resturants received the 9% and 7% of the expenditure respectively. The both computer and books in that era had the minimal significance of 6% and 2 % respectively.
In 2001, a dramatic shift and transformation occured , cars dominated in spending-related expenditure with 42% and spending on food had decreased and become 14% of the expenses. Expense on the furniture and computer had increased with 14% and 12%. While the books and petrol became more dwindled related to spending of 1% and 8 %
