Overall, processed food was highest consumed food in the world which was similar, for China and India as well.
According to first chart, it can be seen that processed food was eaten in significant amount which was around one fourth. Similarly, about One-third of population involved in eating vegetables and fruits. The data for animal food comprised just over a quarter. However, Nuts and seeds were taken in minimal amount only 4%.
Comparing the proportion of China and India. Total consumption of processed food were 34% and 39% respectively. vegetables and fruits were consumed a lot in china 32% but it was 9% lesser in India. In addition, figure for animal food in China allocated 15% which was almost double in india.Meanwhile, roughly one-fifth was coverd by nuts and sees in China which was nearly half in India.
