The plan compares the layout of the village of Pebbleton 20 years ago and now.
Overall, the village of Pebbleton consists of two main parts, namely the coast and the island, separated by a river emerging into the sea. Notably, the village has undergone minor changes, the most important of which was the renovation in the center of the general layout.
Regarding the initial map, the two areas were linked by the Roadbridge, which connected to the road network on both regions. Most of the village was situated on the island part. From the bridge, there was a roundabout that directly connected to Old Fort Road. That road was featured with a playing field below and a film studio at the end. Moreover, the branch of the Old Fort Road was bordered by lighthouse land and accommodations. It was also near an old ford and a lighthouse at the end of the island.
However, in recent years, some functional places, namely a tennis course, a children’s playground, and a community center, have been added to this area, as well as the expansion of the housing estate.
In the past, the coast was bare with only a road called the Coast Road and a school located nearby. There has been minor change in this region except for the construction of the footpath leading to the island.
